  • £100 FPN issued to a resident of Ralph Street who left blue bags contaminated with food, nappies and glass in nearby Robinson Street. The individual has previously been issued a section 46 enforcement notice for waste offences
  • £100 FPN issued to a male for failing to clear up after his dog that had fouled on the footpath in front of Laugharne castle

  • £75 FPN issued to a male for littering at Morrisons recycling site, Parc Pemberton, Llanelli
  • £75 FPN issued to a male who left a bag of glass bottles on the floor next to a glass bank in Llanybydder. The bank was checked and was not full. Evidence was found relating to a local man who admitted leaving the bag on the floor and not making any effort to put the glass into the bank
  • Two £75 FPNs issued to occupants of a car being driven at Trostre Retail Park, Llanelli, seen throwing litter from the car by enforcement officers on duty
  • £75 FPN issued to a male for throwing a cigarette butt from a vehicle travelling along Trostre Road, Llanelli, witnessed by enforcement officers travelling in a vehicle directly behind. The registered keeper was traced through the DVLA
  • £75 FPN issued to a resident of College Square, Llanelli, who placed his household waste in a business trade waste bin belonging to Papa Johns. Householders are only permitted to place household waste for collection outside their own property no sooner than 6pm on the evening before collection day, or otherwise at a recycling site
  • £75 FPN issued to a male for littering fast food packaging at Tesco, Trostre Retail Park, Llanelli
  • £75 FPN issued to a male for leaving a baby seat on the ground at Morrisons recycling site, Parc Pemberton, Llanelli

In addition, three section 46 environmental notices have been issued – two to a householder at an address in Wern Road, Llanelli, who had placed black bags out on a blue bag week and more than four bags at a time, on two separate locations; and one to a resident at Pottery Place, Llanelli, who had used blue bags for general waste, put them out too early and not outside her own property.
