New Shower and Toilet Facility and Pay-As-You-Go Electric Pitches Funded by SPF

Pembrey Country Park is proud to announce the completion and opening of a new state-of-the-art shower and toilet facility, along with innovative pay-as-you-go electric pitches partly funded by the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund [UKSPF].

This development marks a significant enhancement to our campers’ amenities, providing improved comfort and convenience for all users.

Carmarthenshire County Council’s Pembrey Country Park has used its SPF funding to invest in a new state of the art shower and toilet facility, along with innovative pay as you go electric pitches within the campsite area. 

Facility Details

The new shower and toilet facility is designed with modern, eco-friendly features to ensure a high standard of hygiene and sustainability. It includes:

•    Spacious shower stalls with temperature-controlled water
•    Accessible toilets with advanced sanitation systems
•    Energy-efficient lighting and ventilation
•    Water-saving fixtures

Electric Pitches

The pay-as-you-go electric pitches offer a flexible and cost-effective solution for visitors who need electrical access. These pitches are equipped with:

•    Secure electric hook-up points
•    Easy-to-use payment system
•    Real-time usage monitoring
•    Environmentally friendly power sources
