Communities for Work+ are holding a FREE ‘Ways into Work’ event between 10am-1pm Wednesday 25 September 2024 in the Ffwrnes theatre, Llanelli.

The event will include a jobs fair with vacancies from local companies, advice from the employment programmes around, accessing free training and support for getting into work. This includes CV writing, volunteering and work experience, application writing support and much more!

The event will also provide individuals with the opportunity to gain information from organisations that can support with other aspects of key issues that may be affecting their lives, covering topics such as cost of living and health & wellbeing.  

Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Education and the Welsh Language, Cllr Glynog Davies commented:

 "This event is a great opportunity to support individuals who are looking for work, providing them with the skills and tools they need to improve their employability. The County Council is dedicated to making sure its community are in education, employment or training”.
