Following previous success, we are again asking for help from members of the public to identify an individual captured on CCTV failing to clean up after their dog.”
“Our Environment Enforcement team works to tackle environmental offences throughout Carmarthenshire. I urge the small minority of dog owners who fail to clean up after their dog to change their behaviour.”
