Half term fun for the whole family in Carmarthenshire

There’s lots to see and do this half term throughout Carmarthenshire, with many events and activities on offer throughout the county.
Carmarthenshire’s libraries are holding activities for adults and children of all ages during half term including Lego, jewellery making, 3D printing Halloween decorations, story time, crafts and much more! Visit Eventbrite for more details and to book a place.
Carmarthenshire Museum offers fun family activities throughout half term. Take part in Potion Trail, a spooky scavenger hunt from Saturday 26th October until Sunday 3rd November or Mystery at the Museum which offers families the chance to become detectives and solve a curious crime on Wednesday 30 October (4:30pm-5:30pm and 6pm-7pm). Free Halloween crafts are also on offer at Carmarthenshire Museum on Thursday 31 October.
A Halloween ‘Spooktacular’ will take place at Parc Howard Museum on 26 October which includes a showing of film ParaNorman at 12:30pm and crafts for children age 5+ and a Halloween trail for just £4 per child.
Visit Caban Pendine for a quiz night on 25 October from 7pm-9pm or visit the new 12 hole crazy golf course which offers fun for all ages and skill levels. Halloween children’s tea party 3pm-5pm 31 October. 30th October Murder Mystery 7pm-9pm.
A Halloween event at New Dock Stars RFC will take place on Saturday 26 October and will include a buffet, raffle and disco from 6pm until 9pm. Tickets are £5 per person and are available from the cabins.
Carmarthenshire’s theatres have shows to suit everyone including Welsh Wrestling at Lyric, Carmarthen on Saturday 26 October, Ballet Cymru’s Romeo and Juliet on Sunday 27 October and The Welsh Dragon on Tuesday 29 October and The Addams Family on Thursday 31 October at Ffrwnes, Llanelli.
