Residents across Carmarthenshire can now benefit from improved access to Canolfan Pentre Awel, with the addition of the state-of-the-art facility to Dolen Teifi’s bookable transport locations. “On the Go” is a partnership between Dolen Teifi and Age Cymru Dyfed that provides wheelchair accessible travel options to those with a disability in Carmarthenshire.

On the Go has added Canolfan Pentre Awel to its service offer and will provide another transport option for those wishing to take advantage of the wide range of health, wellbeing and leisure facilities available at the Llanelli development.

Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Leisure, Culture and Tourism, Cllr Hazel Evans commented:

The “On the Go” offer reinforces the idea of community connectivity, helping to reduce barriers when trying to access services and encourage more sustainable transport options.
