Council looks for help to identify individual following dog fouling offence

Carmarthenshire County Council is looking for help to identify an individual caught failing to clear up their dog’s faeces in Ammanford.

Images captured on CCTV show the incident taking place on Iscennen Road in Ammanford.
It is hoped that residents may be able to assist in identifying the individual.
