Yellow wind warning

The Met Office has issued a Yellow Wind Warning that is in place until 9pm on Sunday 24 November and may affect parts of Carmarthenshire.

There is a small chance of injuries and danger to life from flying debris.

There is a slight chance of some damage to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs.

There is a small chance of longer journey times or cancellations as road and rail services are affected. Please be aware of the risk of disruption to transport and possibly to power supplies, as well as generally difficult driving conditions.

There is a slight chance that power cuts may occur, with the potential to affect other services, such as mobile phone coverage.

There is a small chance that injuries and danger to life could occur from large waves and beach material being thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties.

Yellow rain warning

The Met Office has issued a yellow warning of heavy rain from 6am Saturday, 23 November to 6am Sunday, 24 November. This may lead to flooding in places and disruption to travel. Please drive carefully.
